Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Visenre mobile application and related services provided by Futurenostics (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By signing in or using Visenre, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who may use Visenre

Visenre is an authorized-access product. Accounts are created and managed by Futurenostics or your organization’s administrator. You may use Visenre only if you have been granted valid credentials and remain authorized to access the sites, cameras, and data assigned to you.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the service for business purposes.

2. Your account

You agree to:

• keep your login credentials confidential
• use only the account issued to you
• notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access
• provide accurate information when requested

We may suspend or revoke access if we believe credentials were shared, misused, or compromised.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• access data, sites, or cameras outside your authorization
• share live streams, recordings, or alerts with unauthorized people
• attempt to bypass security, authentication, or access controls
• reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service
• use Visenre for unlawful surveillance or any illegal purpose
• upload malware or interfere with other users or systems

4. Monitoring content and ownership

Camera feeds, recordings, events, and related operational data belong to the organization that operates those sites (or as otherwise agreed in a separate contract). Visenre provides tools to view and manage that content for authorized users.

Futurenostics retains ownership of the Visenre software, branding, design, and underlying technology. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

5. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Visenre, you acknowledge that policy.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep Visenre reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and temporary outages can occur due to maintenance, network issues, or factors outside our control (including site cameras and local connectivity).

7. Disclaimers

Visenre is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, that every event will be detected, or that recordings will always be complete.

Visenre is a monitoring aid. It does not replace on-site security procedures, physical safeguards, or professional judgment.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Futurenostics and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or monitoring gaps arising from your use of (or inability to use) Visenre.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid by you (if any) for the service in the three months before the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

9. Termination

Your organization or Futurenostics may end or suspend your access at any time. You must stop using Visenre when your authorization ends. Sections that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms, unless a separate contract with your organization says otherwise.
